4. Excessive weight is an open invitation to all health related problems. Unnecessary weight gain results in obesity due to which heart is over-stressed. Therefore, cutting down calories is must. It is an important factor to maintain your heart health.

5. Say no to smoking Quitting smoking may save you from many serious heart and respiratory disorders such as cancer, emphysema etc.
